Originally released on their "Almost Live" album, the first four tracks of this release were recorded in 1989 by Tim Smith and Jim Nordstrom with a drum machine filling in for Todd Nero who had since left the band.
Tracks 5 & 6 were also a part of this recording session but were not released as part of the Almost Live project. Tracks 7-12 were recorded at an Option 30 rehearsal held at Todd Nero's practice space when the band performed as a trio.
Tracks 13-14 were written, recorded, and performed by Tim Smith as rough cuts to bring to the band for later performance. Unfortunately they never made it past the demo phase.
